+ When should I order my cake with you?

I require four weeks notice, but understand this isn't always possible, so please get in touch with us to see if we can fit your order in. I will do my best to help you.

+ Can I collect my cake?

If you are happy to collect your cake, I will always give you guidance on how to get your cake home safely.

+ Can I have edible sugar flowers on my cake?

Edible or fresh we are happy to suggest designs to suit your taste and budget.

+ How can I pay for my cake?

All payments are via bank transfer.

+ When are monies due for cakes?

For celebration cakes a £25 deposit is required to book your cake in my diary with the remaining balance due 7 days before the order date. For Wedding cakes, I require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance due two weeks before the date order.

+ Can you work to a tight budget?

A plain iced cake with a choice of ribbon colour can be supplied, to which you can then add your own decorations or pesticide free flowers.

+ Do you make gluten, nut, dairy, wheat or egg free cakes?

We can accommodate these requests. Please note that although our cakes can be allergen free they are prepared in the same kitchens as those cakes cooked with the allergens.

+ How long will my cake last?

Your sponge cake should last up to 3 days, the traditional fruit cake 6 – 8 months.

+ How should I store my cake?

All cakes should be stored in a cool dark places on a flat sturdy surface. Do not put Fondant covered cakes in the fridge.

+ Do you deliver on Sundays?

With prior arrangement on agreeing your order.

+ I am uncertain about booking with a Cake Company ref. to Health and Hygiene.

We take our work and clients very seriously and all work is hygienically undertaken with strict compliance to health and safety at our kitchen. Tori's Cakes hold a 5 rating from the EHO and holds a Level 2 Health & Hygiene Certificate.
